Terms and Conditions

1. To claim a refund, you must produce a receipt/ till slip or gift receipt to our finance department. It shows when payment was made.

2. Should you wish to request a refund within 7 days, we will gladly reverse the transaction on your PayPal account or give you a refund on the credit/ debit card used to make the payment: 

2.1 The manual is in the same condition it was given to you; 
2.2 The teaching materials are in a saleable condition, please visit the website for all applicable terms and conditions; 
2.3 No lessons performed between you and assigned coach 

3. Refund policy for live trading accounts. 

3.1 When you start trading on your live trading account. CapiWise Investment Trading is not responsible for any transactions made. It is important that you understand that you are trading at your own risk. 
3.2 You are fully liable for any fund activity in your live trading account. 

4. Refund or exchange merchandise, appliances and electrical products 

4.1.Your assigned coach is not to perform the following at any time: 
• Trade on your behalf; 
• Advise you on which positions to open; 
• Advise you on what volume to purchase an instrument: 
• Ask for your Live account login 
• Request that you deposit money into their bank account. 

4.2 Penalties for late coaching session cancellations 
• You'll be fined a late cancellation fee of R 100 if you cancel 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session 
• You'll be fined a late cancellation fee of R 150 if you cancel 20 minutes prior to the beginning of the session 
• If you cancel your appointment with a coach 5 minutes prior, you'll be fined R 200 
• Note that failure to cancel will compensate the coach R 450 for time wasting. 

5. Relationship between coach and client 

5.1 Note that once you are assigned to a coach, you are automatically married to that coach. This means that the coach will mentor you by scheduled appointment for the next 2 years. 
5.2 Should you wish to change your coach for any reason, the process will be charged at R 350 coaches fee.

6. Online Payments 

6.1 CapiWise recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your package purchase experience with CapiWise. 
6.2 Our Refunds and Exchanges Policy is all about making it simpler for you to return anything that's 'not quite right' and all clauses listed above also apply to Online purchases. 
6.3 You can choose to exchange your item either in our offices or by an email enquiry on finance@capiwiseinvestmentgroup.com. 
6.4 Should you experience any problems in getting this resolved, please contact our Finance Director on 074 610 8978 as soon as possible! 
6.5 There will be no service fee or any delivery fees incurred. 

7. Order cancellations for Online Purchases 

7.1 Unless provided for under these Terms or as otherwise agreed by CapiWise, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the package will be finalized and a coach will be assigned to you. 
7.2 You should carefully check that your Order is accurate before you submit it. You will, however, be able to exchange manuals under the Returns Policy. See our Cooling off period conditions. 
7.3 If we cannot contact you about your Order using the contact details you provided in the Order, after having made reasonable attempts to contact you, we will cancel your Order and refund any money paid in the channel used to pay it. 
7.4 Manuals can only be returned 
7.5 Credit card Refunds may take up to 14 working days, arising from regulatory Administrative processes required between Banks. 
7.6 If the original payment was made: 
7.6.1on a credit card, refunds will be processed on the same card as the original payment was made. 

8. Cooling off period and returns 

8.1 Please refer to Number 2 of this terms and conditions.
